Please bring current and valid identification (driver’s license, non-drivers id, passport) with you when you come to rent.
You will need your current address and phone number as well as address and phone information for a friend or relative who doesn’t live with you.
You will need to bring the first month’s rent with you.
We will need a filled out Self Storage Agreement at the time of rental. You can save yourself some time by downloading the page and filling it out beforehand to bring with you - Lease Agreement.
You will need to read and sign the Rental Agreement and we will explain your rent payment options.
We will show you some storage units to verify what will meet your needs. We want to make sure that your furniture and other goods will fit inside. If you need more or less space than you anticipated, we can always transfer you to a larger or smaller unit.
We will demonstrate how to use the keypads that operate the entry doors and will show you where your storage unit is located and how the elevator works.
To safeguard your property we will provide you with the rules and regulations for the use of the facility
You will be provided with the forms to assist you in vacating and changing your mailing address. It is important to maintain current contact information.
For insurance, your homeowner’s policy may cover you, but be sure to contact your agent or broker to be certain. We do not offer insurance, so speak to your agent or broker about your options. You may also elect to self-insure.
